BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD

Signal2Noise is a technology firm building products for the Trading Advisory Services Market. We use advanced machine learning, neural networks and other pattern matching/learning technology along with Bayesian statistics – to discover actionable short term trading strategies for our subscribers. Signal2Noise specializes in short term trading opportunities (intraday and sub 1 month) with instruments that have considerable leverage (futures, options) across equity (index and stock), commodities (agri, energy and metals) markets.

We are looking to hire experienced, dynamic and ambitious leaders as Team Leads for our Sales Team.

Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM

Reporting To: Head of Sales/Revenue

Eligibility: Graduates in Any Stream

Experience: Preferably 3 years related sales experience with a proven track record of accomplishments and leadership

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Listening, convincing and selling skills
  • Presentation and follow up skills
  • Knowledge of Indian stock markets
  • Good analytical and people management skills.
  • Should have handled a team size of 10 people.
  • Polished professional with excellent organizational, communication and negotiations skills
  • Developing and maintaining an expert understanding of current and prospective customers, to maximize market share.

Job Profile and Tasks Involved:

Team Leads are responsible for managing teams of Business Development Executives on a day to day basis. They are also responsible for helping set, track and achieve revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include helping hire, train and develop the sales team.

  • Help management set sales (revenue) targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Track and achieve sales (revenue) targets
  • Manage and develop sales skills of outbound sales executives
  • Maximize revenue generation through cross sales and customer retention
  • Ensure employee and customer satisfaction
  • Overall administration and management of employees
  • Help in recruitment and hiring
  • Help in refining and developing the Sales playbook and achieving a high achieving sales culture

Salary Range: CTC 8.4 L per annum (Fixed 35k per month + Performance Variables)

  • Prior experience in trading advisory, telesales

Job Profile and Tasks Involved:

Executives are responsible for generating revenue through sales of our products to new clients, leading all significant sales initiatives and providing basic services and resubscription to customers. The profile is a combination of Inside Sales as well as Customer Relationship Management.

  • Responsible for developing new business opportunities for the Company.
  • Identify and make contact with potential clients, recognize and identify their requirements and accordingly pitch products to them
  • Maintain all customer interactions through the CRM System
  • Respond to queries from existing and prospective customers
  • Generate revenue through sales

Salary Range: Total of 3.6 L per annum (Fixed 15k per month + Variable pay of 15k per month + Performance Incentives).
